Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers any defects in the craftsmanship or materials of your watch. If there’s an issue with how it’s made, we’ll repair or replace it.

It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal everyday wear and tear.

Our watch straps are one size and cannot be changed, but they are adjustable to comfortably fit a range of wrist sizes.

Our watches are designed for style and luxury, making them perfect for everyday wear and special occasions. However, they are not suitable for underwater activities.

To keep your watch looking and functioning at its best:

1. Clean it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and do not soak the watch.
   
2. Store it properly in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box.
   
3. Replace the battery when needed. For mechanical watches, make sure they are wound regularly.
